Requirement:

According to internal and external banking regulations they needed a way to publish things securely while encrypted. Internally, they required Reports to be sent to all the individual Fund Managers in charge of various assets. Externally, they required Master Data for Vendors. For each new vendor they needed a checklist to make sure they have all the necessary data.

The Use Case:

When complete, the report is sent to the appropriate vendor. Previously, it was sent manually via email. Now, the process is automated. Personal data and transactions are available only to authorized users.
