Biosense Webster Ltd., a Johnson & Johnson company, and a worldwide leader in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias, successfully implemented the Dpro’s Manager – (IMPACT Change Management) to manage changes in its SAP-based business information infrastructure.

Manager (ICM) provides enhanced and flexible change control capabilities and full audit visibility of all the changes from change request initiation up till it is finally approved and ready to PROD.
At Biosense, Manager replaced a manual process with a lot of papers ,supporting and enforcing the change control processes, throughout the full change process cycle. It provides full change control and automatic documentation of all change requests (CR), corresponding workflow processes and associated e-mails to all involved functions ,secured login, impact analysis , list of documents required and attached, free texts to/of approvers, developers and business personnel. The change process starts with the initial CR approval by the CIO, throughout the phases of design, customization, development, testing and final approval of being ready for PROD with STMS QA.
With Manager, Biosense ensures that every single newly issued CR is automatically associated with a pre-approved work item.
Additionally, Manager provides a comprehensive reporting tool with detailed and current information on each CR approval status; moreover, for each approver, it displays the list of awaiting CRs for approval.

“Biosense Webster, a division of Johnson & Johnson Medical NV/SA, is recognized worldwide as a leader in the science behind the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.
We approached Dpro because we were looking for a simple yet sophisticated and dynamic computerized solution (within SAP) for our change management process that will replace our paper driven process.
Dpro presented to us their SAP solution Manager (ICM) for managing the change management process end to end. The Manager tool provided a robust solution to our heavily regulated environment.
Today, after a short implementation we have a paperless change management process in SAP that enforces our business and regulatory rules. Manager has greatly improved the organization’s visibility and control for all processes that are managed in Manager.
One thing we liked was Dpro’s full commitment to Biosense Webster. Their knowledge and vast SAP experience has resulted in a great project and product.
I would recommend Dpro’s Manager to any organization that is looking for a simple yet robust change management solution.”

SAP as a System of Action: What the Autonomous Enterprise Actually Requires

For years, the enterprise software industry used one word to describe what ERP systems do: record. They record what was purchased, what was produced, what was shipped, what was posted. The data lives there. The truth lives there. But the work, the decisions, the fixes, the adaptations, happens somewhere else. In spreadsheets. In inboxes. In meetings.

At Sapphire 2026, SAP’s Christian Klein made something explicit that many of us in the SAP ecosystem had been sensing for some time. The next chapter for ERP is not about storing the truth, It’s about acting on it, faster, smarter, and increasingly without waiting for a developer to build something first.

He called it the Autonomous Enterprise. We think it’s the most important strategic bet SAP has made in a decade, and also the one most likely to be misunderstood.
